For me, no project is too big or small. I will equally assist you with any size of projects based on your specific business needs.

Some projects can take a few weeks to complete, whereas the others may take years.

Certain tasks can be completed on a regular or seasonal basis, while the others can be occasional or one-time.

I also can act as your temporary Quality Assurance/Food Safety/Regulatory Compliance personnel in situations such as your staff member’s parental leave, during completion of a temporary project, sudden increase of workload, etc.

I am open to work both hour or project based. Regardless which way you choose I will deliver the same high level of service.

Periodic site visits to provide recommendations for food safety compliance
Development of written programs, such as site-specific written SOP, Forms and other documentation
Client representation in inspections and/or formal meetings involving food safety and quality
Assistance in creating and/or operating supplier food safety compliance system
Development of a record keeping system related to food safety and quality assurance
Assistance with the preparation for auditing and recognition (ex: internal audit)
Design, Implementation, Monitoring and Maintenance of Food Safety and Quality Assurance Systems
Consultation/Education services regarding Food safety, Food Quality, Product Specifications, Product Inspections
Provide direction, advice and written report as to how clients operations can be modified in order to meet food safety and audit standards
